Date and Location Change for USEF Grand Prix and Intermediaire I National Championships

Lexington, Ky. – July 12, 2016 – The 2016 USEF Dressage Grand Prix and Intermediaire I National Championships will now be held Oct. 12-16 at the Paso Robles Horse Park in Paso Robles, California. These two championships were originally scheduled for Nov. 3-6 at Epona Farms in Thousand Oaks, California.

This will be the second year in a row that the U.S. Dressage Festival of Champions is divided between two separate events. The Pony, Junior, Young Rider, and Brentina Cup (Under 25 Grand Prix) Championships will again run alongside the Markel/USEF Young and Developing Horse Dressage National Championships at Lamplight Equestrian Center in Wayne, Illinois, Aug. 24-28.

In 2015, the Grand Prix and Intermediaire I National Championships took place in December at the  Global Dressage Festival showgrounds in Wellington, Florida. Laura Graves and Verdades took the Grand Prix Championship, while Christina Vinios and Folkestone were victorious in the Intermediaire I Championship.
